Civil Cases
A Civil Case require the plantiff to convince the judge or jury of the facts for the entitlement to the relief the plaintiff is seeking. In order for the plantiff to recover their sought after relief, the plaintiff must prove each element of their claim, or cause of the action, known as the burden of proof.
Each investigation is conducted to meet the specific requirements depending on the type of civil case or civil action, e.g., Traffic Accident, Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Wrongful Death, Wrongful Termination, or another civil action involved. TMG matches the requirements of the case with the investigation to provide the facts or disprove the facts associated with the case. TMG will work for the plaintiff or the defendant in providing the finding of facts for our client.

Examination of evidence

Authenticate evidence

Interview witnesses

Provide documentation of contracts; torts;wills; trusts;etc.
- Develop timeline of the action

Any other items (if discovered) which prove/disprove the facts
